Agricultural Field in Asgata - Limassol

Agricultural field in Asgata community of Limassol District. It is situated at a distance approximately 2,7 km southwest of community’s center and approximately 1,6 km southeast of Monagroulli – Asgata connecting road.

It has an irregular shape with an inclined surface. The parcel is consider landlocked, however it is abuts onto a public registered pathway along its northeastern boundary.

It is noted that the field is located approximately 340 meters south from the nearest registered road.

The field abuts onto a government land and is divided into two parts due to the fact that there is a stream passing through this.

It falls within the Agricultural Zone Γ3 (86%), having building density coefficient 10% and within the Protected Zone Z3 (14%) having building density coefficient 1%.
