Prior to founding WinWin Estates he was the General Manager for 38 years of Armonia Estates, the holding and development company of the Leptos Group of companies, one of the largest home builders, developers, hotel owners and operators in Cyprus and Greece. Mr. Findiklis has been involved in nearly all aspects of real estate in Cyprus and abroad including as an investor, developer and board member to public and private real estate companies. Fluent in Greek and English languages and holds a Bachelor's of Science in Chemical Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens.

Stephanos Fintiklis is one of the three partners in Roussos & Angelides Ltd, a leading valuer and property consultant with offices in Limassol, Nicosia and Paphos. Mr. Stephanos Fintiklis holds a real estate brokerage license and is a member of the Technical Chamber of Cyprus with a license to conduct property valuations. Mr. Stephanos Fintiklis is an elected board member of the Cyprus association of valuers and property consultants. Mr. Stephanos Fintiklis is fluent in Greek and English languages and holds a Land Management degree from Reading University in England.
